By submitting a vendor application or participating in a Retro-Ground event or pop-up event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Vendor Applications & Reservations: Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee or reserve a vendor spot. Vendor spaces are limited and are officially reserved only once all required vendor fees have been paid, and Retro-Ground has provided written confirmation/approval, including through DM, text message, email, or another documented form of communication.
Financial & Property Responsibility: Retro-Ground is not responsible for financial losses, lost or stolen merchandise, or damage to personal or business property that may occur before, during, or after an event.
Cancellations & Refunds: All vendor fees and payments are final and non-refundable. Retro-Ground does not offer refunds for vendor cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, changes in plans, or a vendor’s inability to attend an event. Once payment is submitted and a vendor space is reserved, the sale is final.
Safety & Liability: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe booth, equipment, merchandise, and operating area. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retro-Ground shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, physical harm, property damage, or other losses resulting from a vendor’s or third party’s negligence, unsafe practices, equipment, products, or other circumstances associated with participation in the event.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Participation in any Retro-Ground event is subject to final approval and confirmation by Retro-Ground.
